Black-Eyed Pea Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. black-eyed peas, cooked and drained
5 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. jalapeno juice
1 medium onion, diced fine
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
1 clove garlic
1/2 lb. Old English cheese
1/2 lb. margarine
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients, except cheese and margarine, in the blender.
Heat cheese and margarine.
Put on top of peas in chafing dish.
