1/2 lb. cooked pork
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. celery seed
dash of bottled hot pepper sauce
4 individual French rolls, split
coleslaw (optional)

Cut pork across the grain into very thin slices; set aside.
