Meat-Za-Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine meat, milk, bread crumbs and garlic salt.
    Place in a 9-inch pie plate.
    Pat mixture, with a fork, firmly and evenly over bottom and sides of plate.
    Spread tomato paste over meat mixture.
    Add mushrooms.
    Cover with Cheddar cheese.
    Sprinkle with oregano.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
