Swedish Cocktail Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. savory salt
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. Rice's medium sausage
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    coarse bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients together thoroughly.
    Combine enough coarse bread crumbs to be absorbed by 1 cup milk.
    Mix all together.
    Mixture should be rather moist.
    Add a little milk, if necessary.
    Make into small balls and place on large baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    To serve, place in chafing dish.
    Add 1 can beef consomme soup.
    Yield:
    about 100 meat balls.
