Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    1 egg
    1 German chocolate cake mix
Preparation
    Mix with a spoon.
    Put half in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Put a layer of caramels and a large package of chocolate chips.
    Top with rest of batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
