Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. curry or to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped shallots or onion
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a pan.
    Cook until zucchini is soft. Put all ingredients into the blender.
    Blend until smooth.
    Return to pan; reheat.
    Season to taste.
