Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. sirloin tip steak, cut in very thin strips
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. oil
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 c. sour cream
cooked egg noodles
paprika
parsley
Preparation

Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Coat meat strips with flour mixture.
Brown meat in hot oil in a large frying pan.
Add onion and cook until clear.
Drain off excess fat.
Add soup and mushrooms.
Simmer, covered, 10 to 15 minutes.
Blend in sour cream and remove from heat.
Serve over egg noodles.
Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with parsley.
