Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. squash
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. crackers, crushed
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. margarine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender (about 15 minutes).
    Drain.
    Add margarine, salt, pepper and eggs.
    Mix.
    Add rest of ingredients. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
