Alice'S Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
7 tsp. cornstarch
dash of salt
1 c. water
4 Tbsp. strawberry jello (dry)
Cool Whip
1 qt. sliced berries
1 (9-inch) precooked pie shell (deep dish)

Preparation

Cook first 4 ingredients until clear and slightly thick.
Add jelly and cool.
Add berries to cooled jello mixture.
Pour into pie shell.
Top with Cool Whip when served.
