Golden Festal Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. pumpkin
    1 c. white or brown sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp cloves
    1/4 tsp ginger
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Prepare a one crust pie shell. Combine eggs, sugar, salt and spices and beat well. Blend in pumpkin, add milk, beat well. Turn into shell. Bake in a hot oven 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Pie is done when knife, inserted in center comes out clean.
