Pepperoni Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf frozen bread
1 egg
1 Tbsp. oregano
8 slices American cheese
8 slices Provolone cheese
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 lb. thin sliced pepperoni
Preparation

Beat together with fork egg, oregano and Parmesan cheese. Brush over dough (reserve some egg mixture for later).
Layer pepperoni and cheeses over dough.
(Roll 12 x 15-inch rectangle.) Roll as for jelly roll, folding in ends and pulling toward you as you roll.
This will keep the pepperoni and cheeses from slipping as you roll.
Put on lightly greased baking sheet.
Brush on remaining egg mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
