Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Top with mixture of 2 cups of crushed cornflakes and 1 stick margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, covered, then 20 minutes, uncovered.
