Mexicali Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. softened light cream cheese
1 c. light sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 small can drained chopped black olives
1 small can drained salad shrimp
1 small bag shredded lettuce
1 small bottle taco sauce
16 oz. shredded reduced fat cheddar
1 can drained rotel
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning.
Spread in a medium serving platter.
Sprinkle olives, shrimp, and rotel on evenly.
Top with lettuce and cheddar.
Pour taco sauce over this. Serve with corn chips.
