Hurry-Up Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14.5 oz.) can Contadina Italian style stewed tomatoes
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can drained red kidney beans
    1 pkg. mild chili seasoning (McCormick)
    1 regular size boil-in-bag Uncle Ben's long grain converted rice
    1 bunch scallions, sliced
Preparation
    In 2-quart casserole that can be used on top of stove put the tomatoes, kidney beans and chili seasoning.
    Warm and mix.
    Boil rice according to package directions.
    Add to tomato bean mixture. Serve with sliced scallions.
    Serves 6 to 8.
    Better the second day.
    Can be frozen.
