Squash With Green Chilies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    6 to 8 medium yellow squash, sliced
    1/2 c. canned green chilies, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    In large skillet, saute squash and onion in butter until tender. Add milk, green chilies, salt and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat 15 minutes. Pour into casserole dish; sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand several minutes until cheese melts.
