Oven Roasted Potatoes With Herbs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. basil leaves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Place all ingredients in a plastic bag; shake to coat.
    Empty into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
