Cranberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. skim milk
1/4 c. oil
1 egg, beaten
1 c. cranberries, chopped
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
2 to 3 tsp. orange peel, grated
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Stir in milk, oil and egg until blended. Fold in cranberries, nuts and orange peel.
Spoon into greased muffin tin or use paper liners.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Serves 12.
