Fancy Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large head cauliflower
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. mayo
1/4 tsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Cook cauliflower and drain.
Combine ingredients, except cheese, in a bowl.
Spread over cauliflower.
Place in baking dish; sprinkle cheese on top.
Place in hot oven until cheese melts.
