Caribbean Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced chicken or turkey, cooked
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (13 1/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
    2 Tbsp. sliced pimento
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine the first 6 ingredients. Blend remaining ingredients and pour over first mixture. Toss lightly.
    Chill.
    Serve on salad greens and garnish with tomatoes.
