Cabbage-Potato-Hamburg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 medium onion, diced
    salt
    pepper
    4 thickly sliced potatoes
    1/2 small head cabbage
    1/4 c. water
    Velveeta cheese slices
Preparation
    Brown and drain hamburg with onion, salt and pepper.
    Place in bottom of casserole.
    Layer potatoes over hamburg; shred cabbage and salt lightly.
    Put on top of potatoes; add water and bake until tender at 350\u00b0.
    Before serving, top with cheese.
