Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. pkg. frozen carrots
    20 oz. pkg. broccoli cuts
    20 oz. pkg. cauliflower
    small can sliced water chestnuts
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Cook the vegetables. Add water chestnuts. Place in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Cube 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese and mix with vegetables. Slice remaining 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese and place on top. Place Ritz crackers (rolled out and crumbled) on top. Melt the oleo and drizzle over. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
