Chinese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 onion, diced
    1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 large can bean sprouts, rinsed and drained
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    1 can water chestnuts (optional)
    1 can La Choy mixed vegetables
Preparation
    Brown onion and ground chuck.
    Mix with other ingredients. Bake in casserole for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 5 or 6.
    Never any leftovers.
