Ingredients

1 box Betty Crocker scalloped potatoes
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes (cut the tomatoes)
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
6 oz. pepperoni
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Boil whole tomatoes and 1/2 teaspoon oregano.
When it comes to a boil, take off stove.
Add seasoning packet and potatoes. Put in
half of the Mozzarella cheese and pepperoni and mix thoroughly.
Put in casserole dish and put remaining cheese and pepperoni on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
