Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 small pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. canola oil
4 eggs
2 oz. poppy seed (optional)
Preparation

Mix cake and pudding mixes together.
Add remaining ingredients one at a time.
Pour into greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Makes 2 large or 3 small loaves.
