Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick cooking grits, cooked according to directions on box
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    4 oz. roll garlic cheese, or can use Cheddar cheese and add garlic powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs with fork and add enough milk to make 1 cup.
    Then add all ingredients to cooked grits and mix together.
    Place in buttered casserole dish and bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Casserole should be firm, if it moves cook a little longer, but no longer than 50 minutes.
    Serves 6 people.
