Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Flatten chicken to 1/4-inch thickness. In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese and basil. In another bowl, beat the egg. Dip chicken in egg and then crumb mixture. In a large skillet, brown chicken in butter and oil over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
