Strawberry Marbled Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
3 eggs
1/2 c. ReaLemon juice from concentrate
Preparation

In blender container, combine strawberries and cornstarch. Blend until smooth.
In heavy saucepan, over medium heat, cook and stir until thickened.
Reserve 1/3 cup of sauce; cool.
Chill remaining sauce to use for topping.
Preheat oven to 300\u00b0. Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
