Sausage-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot or mild bulk sausage
    3 c. cooked regular rice
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
    2 small sweet pickles, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 (1 3/8 oz.) pkg. dry chicken noodle soup mix
Preparation
    Brown sausage in a heavy skillet or Dutch oven; stir in remaining ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender. Spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
