Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cabbage, shredded
    2 large carrots, shredded
    1 medium green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. light cream
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine vegetables in large mixing bowl.
    In small bowl, beat together the cream, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, sugar, celery seed, salt and pepper.
    Pour over vegetables, tossing well. Refrigerate one hour before serving.
