Fresh Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (12 oz.) fresh cranberries, washed and drained
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 pkg. (3 oz. each) orange gelatin
    3 c. boiling water
    2 cans (11 oz. each) Mandarin oranges, drained and cut into small pieces
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple (undrained)
Preparation
    Grind cranberries in food grinder or food processor.
    Stir in sugar to blend; set aside.
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool until starts to thicken.
    Add to cranberry mixture.
    Add oranges, nuts and pineapple; stir well.
    Pour into lightly oiled 8-cup mold or glass dish.
    Chill overnight.
