Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. minced chives
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat; cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
    Drain; mash potatoes.
    Beat in the cream cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic, salt and chives; beat until well blended.
    Transfer to a greased shallow 3-quart baking dish. Drizzle potatoes with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until edges are bubbly and potatoes are heated through. Yield: 8 servings.
