Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
No. 2 size can kraut
2/3 c. chopped green pepper
2/3 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 small jar diced pimentos
Preparation

Fluff kraut.
Mix peppers, celery, onion and pimentos. Sprinkle sugar over all ingredients.
Do not stir.
Cover tight and leave out overnight.
One hour before serving, stir well.
