Chili Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can chili
    green pepper
    green onion stems
    shredded Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Spread cream cheese in bottom of cake pan.
    Smooth chili over cream cheese.
    Chop green pepper and onion stems.
    Sprinkle over chili to taste.
    Cover with Velveeta cheese. Bake at 250\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
