Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter (room temperature)
2 c. bananas (very ripe), mashed
4 large eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
1/8 c. vanilla (2 Tbsp.)
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add beaten eggs and mix well.
Clean sides and bottom of the bowl with spatula.
