Angels And Devils On A Ferris Wheel - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oysters or large bay scallops (angels)
8 pitted prunes or fresh mushrooms (devils)
8 slices bacon or strips of turkey ham
leaf lettuce for garnish

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Wrap each oyster or scallop, prune or mushroom in half-slice bacon.
Secure with wooden picks.
Arrange in shallow baking pan.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve with or without wooden picks and garnish with leaf lettuce.
