Winter Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz) pkg winter vegetable mix (cauliflower, carrots and broccoli)
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 c chopped onions
    1 c chopped celery
    1 c mayonnaise
    1 c grated cheese or Velveeta Mexican (hot)
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook vegetables according to directions on package.
    Place in buttered casserole dish.
    Cover with water chestnuts, onions and celery.
    Mix mayonnaise and cheese; spread on top.
    Crush crackers; mix with melted margarine.
    Place this on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
