Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    Italian brown mushrooms, chopped
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp. raw rice
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until clear.
    Chop mushrooms and add to onions.
    Add the flour, broth, garlic and rice.
    Cook approximately 20 minutes and enjoy.
