Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg or allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 c. pecans
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine sugar, oil, eggs, water and pumpkin.
Mix in mixer. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
Add to pumpkin mixture and mix well.
Add pecans and raisins.
Pour into greased large Bundt pan or four 1 pound greased coffee cans.
Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
Cool 15 or 20 minutes, then remove from pan.
