Whole Meal In Frying Pan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thick pork chops
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    1 large vegetable or mushroom soup
    4 small potatoes
Preparation
    Brown as many pork chops as needed (season lightly with salt as soup is salted).
    When browned, place
    a large slice of onion on each chop and 1 tablespoon rice (uncooked) on onion.
    Pour soup over all.
    Place potatoes on top and let simmer until rice and potatoes are done.
