Sheep Herder'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 or 2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
instant potatoes
whole kernel corn (optional)
grated cheese

Preparation

Brown
ground
beef
with
taco
seasoning
mix.
Drain excess fat,
if
needed.
Add
corn, about 1/3 cup if desired, and mix it with ground beef.
Put meat in a small Dutch oven. Prepare enough mashed potatoes to cover meat (1 to 2-inches). Bake at
350\u00b0 until
it
bubbles and potatoes start to brown. Scoop out portions and sprinkle with cheese.
