Sweet And Sour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew beef
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. sliced onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in oil in large pan.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook until beef is tender.
    Slightly thicken sauce if necessary when cooked.
    Serve over noodles.
