Sandy'S Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 basket mushrooms, stems removed
    4 slices uncooked bacon, diced
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 onion, diced
    1 stalk celery, diced (optional)
Preparation
    Saute bacon, bell pepper, onion and celery until soft.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 3 ounce package cream cheese and mix together well.
    Stuff into mushroom caps.
    Place on cookie sheet and add 1/4 cup water to pan.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
