Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 large (16 oz.) soy sauce
    2 oz. vinegar
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    4 lb. chicken wings
Preparation
    Stir ingredients all together; add chicken wings.
    Marinate at least 1 day, stirring occasionally.
    Put in oven for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0; cover with foil for 1 hour.
    The last 1/2 hour take off foil.
