Napolias (Cactus) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork
    1 large can stewed tomatoes
    1 large onion, diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 lb. green cactus, peeled and diced*
    3 c. water
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    seasoned salt
    salt
    pepper
    cumin
Preparation
    Cube the pork; fry in a skillet with onion and garlic.
    In a large Dutch oven, add all ingredients, salt and pepper to taste and 1/4 teaspoon cumin and seasoned salt.
    Heat for 1 hour.
    Serve with crusty bread.
