Pumpkin Cheesecake - cooking recipe

1 3/4 c. crushed graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. finely ground pecans
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. unsalted butter, melted
Pumpkin seeds
Powdered sugar
1/4 c. caramel sauce
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a bowl combine the cracker crumbs, pecans, and cinnamon.
Then stir in the butter.
Press the crust mixture into the bottom and about 2 inches up the sides of a 9-inch spring form pan.
Bake about 8 minutes; remove from oven and set aside.
