Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. fryer
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. shortening
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Cut chicken into pieces.
    Mix flour, salt, paprika and pepper.
    Coat chicken with flour mixture.
    Heat butter and Crisco in oblong pan in 425\u00b0 oven until melted.
    Place coated chicken (skin side down) in pan.
    Cook uncovered 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken over.
    Cook uncovered about 30 minutes longer.
