Cheese, Bread And Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 slices whole wheat bread
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 ripe tomatoes, sliced
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter 2-quart baking or souffle dish. Layer bread, cheese and tomatoes in that order (2 layers).
    Beat together eggs, milk, wine, thyme and mustard.
    Pour over cheese, bread and tomatoes.
    Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until puffed and browned.
