Haddock Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. haddock
1/4 c. green onions
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar, shredded
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. sour cream sauce mix
4 oz. can mushrooms
1 c. frozen peas
1 c. soft bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Barely cover haddock with water.
Simmer until flaky.
Drain. Break into chunks; set aside.
