Sausage Pepper Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian Sausage
    2 Green Peppers (Cut)
    1 Red Pepper (Cut)
    2 Onions (Cut)
    1 1/4 c. Flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 tsps. Flour
    8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
    2 Tbsps. oil
    1 c. Water
Preparation
    1. Brown Italian sausage in skillet.
    Remove & leave drippings. 2. Saute green and red onions, onions, and mushrooms in sausage drippings.
    Mix together with sausage and cool. 3. Make bread dough by mixing flour, yeast, and sugar with 1 c. hot water and oil.
    Mix well. 4. Add enough flour to make dough that is not sticky (appx 2 more cups).
    Roll up in a greased bowl and let set 1/2 hour. 5. Roll out on floured board into rectangle.
    On 2/3 of dough spread mozzarella cheese.
    On top put sausage mix.
