Hallingdals Cream Bread(Hallingdals Romme Brod) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 c. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. thick cream
Preparation
    Mix flour and butter as for a pie crust.
    Add sugar and cream and mix well.
    More flour may be needed to make a stiff dough. Take a tablespoon of dough and roll as you do lefse (thin pancake shape).
    Sprinkle with sugar while rolling.
    Bake on lefse grill on medium heat until light brown.
    A pancake grill may be used in place of lefse grill.
